1. “Staff placement” means engaged directly by a Client of Ruskin Moore Associates and as a permanent employee of that Client.

2. The settlement of a claim will only be made if the referred person is not already registered with and/or known to Ruskin Moore Associates at the time of referral.

3. The settlement of a claim will only be made if the referred person commences permanent employment with a Client of Ruskin Moore Associates within 4 months of their registration/referral and they remain in that same employment for a period of not less than 12 weeks.

4. Referrals must be made using the appropriate methods as detailed on our web site www.ruskinmoore.co.uk

5. Claimant must be registered with Ruskin Moore Associates at the time of the referral and the “reward” must be claimed via the companies web site within 2 months of the introduction in order to qualify

6. The “reward” payment may be subject to statutory deduction and it is the claimant’s responsibility to identify tax liability and notify the appropriate authorities accordingly.

7. Ruskin Moore Associates reserves the right to alter or amend these terms at any time without prior notice to any other parties involved and has the right to terminate the scheme at any time.
